# ICEQC — International Council for Education Quality Certification

> Independent, nonprofit, nongovernmental ICEQC education-quality standards and voluntary ICEQC third-party conformity assessment. ICEQC certification does not constitute governmental authorization, licensing, accreditation, degree recognition or academic equivalency.

## Foundational decision rule

ICEQC certification is a binary determination of conformity. ICEQC does not rank, score, grade or issue tiered levels of certification. Every nonconformity must be corrected and verified closed before certification.
