Defines C, NC and justified N/A findings, mandatory closure before certification, independent decisions, complaints, appeals and surveillance.

## 1 Permitted finding values **[REQUIREMENT]**

Each applicable requirement shall be recorded only as C — Conforming or NC — Nonconforming. N/A — Not Applicable may be used only with an objective written rationale approved during independent review.

Evidence expectation: Finding record with evidence and any approved N/A rationale.

## 2 Closure before certification **[REQUIREMENT]**

Every nonconformity shall be satisfactorily corrected and independently verified closed before a Certified or Maintained decision is issued.

Evidence expectation: Root-cause response, correction, preventive action, closure evidence and verifier approval.
