## 1 Objective testability **[REQUIREMENT]**

Every normative requirement shall describe a condition that can be evaluated using objective evidence as conforming or nonconforming. Guidance, examples and notes shall be visibly separated from requirements.

Evidence expectation: Clause-level obligation type, evidence expectation and technical review record.
