Controls authoritative languages, translation review, equivalence, corrections and language-specific publication.

## 1 Translation equivalence **[REQUIREMENT]**

Each translation shall identify its authoritative source edition, translator, independent reviewer, language, status and precedence rule. A translation shall not silently alter the normative effect of a requirement.

Evidence expectation: Translation link, reviewer record and terminology consistency report.
