1 ICEQC-only public standards and certification identity [REQUIREMENT]

ICEQC shall identify every public standard, clause, scheme, certificate, mark, registry record, download, metadata record and API response only with ICEQC names, ICEQC document numbers and ICEQC certification claims. Research and source-control records shall remain access-controlled and shall never be exposed as a public certification basis.

Evidence expectation: Automated publication scan, database publication gate, reviewer attestation and deployment test.
