About ICEQC

An independent, nonprofit standards and certification body for education quality

ICEQC is being established to make education-quality expectations clearer, more internationally usable and more verifiable without claiming governmental or statutory authority.

Purpose

To publish original, accessible ICEQC education-quality standards and provide voluntary third-party conformity assessment for clearly bounded organizations, services, digital systems, products and claims.

Global applicability

The architecture supports worldwide use through an ICEQC common core, object-specific ICEQC modules, controlled translations and jurisdictional boundaries. Local legal requirements remain outside and above voluntary certification.

Operational design

Assessment is remote-first and evidence-led. Physical or regulated risks require stronger live or recognized specialist evidence; missing evidence never becomes assumed conformity.

Public accountability

ICEQC standards, editions, decisions, certificate scopes, status changes, complaints routes and mark rules are designed to be publicly traceable.
