The International Council for Education Quality Certification (ICEQC) publishes standards and provides voluntary third-party certification through requirement-by-requirement verification of objective evidence.

Certification decision rule
A positive certification decision requires conformity with every requirement applicable to the confirmed scope. An open nonconformity cannot be offset by a score, professional opinion or an overall impression of quality.

ICEQC certifies an Education Organization, an Education Technology Service or an Educational Product. Each certificate is limited to the legal holder, object and approved scope stated in the Public Certificate Register.
