Legal entity
Legal name, registration jurisdiction, registration details, operating address, website and authorized contacts.
Certification object and scope
The organization, service or product; included sites, platforms, versions, learner or user groups, delivery modes, jurisdictions and exclusions.
Operations
Operating history, scale, responsible personnel, partners, providers and activities relevant to the proposed scope.
Evidence
Current documents and implementation records for the applicable Foundation Conformity Requirements.
Application materials
- Education Organization: 15 evidence packages; 30 Foundation requirements.
- Education Technology Service: 12 evidence packages; 24 Foundation requirements.
- Educational Product: 12 evidence packages; 21 Foundation requirements.
Upload each file once and link it to every applicable requirement that it supports. Enter the file date, version, owner or issuer and the part of the proposed scope covered.
File preparation and traceability
- Use a clear file title and identify the document date, version, owner or issuer and current approval status.
- State the sites, services, platforms, products, versions, periods or activities covered by the file.
- Link the file to every evidence package and Foundation Conformity Requirement it genuinely supports.
- Distinguish a controlled document from the implementation records showing that the arrangement is in operation.
- Identify superseded, partial, redacted or translated material and preserve the source information needed for verification.
- Do not upload blank templates, unrelated generic policies, promotional claims or future plans as if they were current implementation evidence.
Declaration and submission
The authorized applicant reviews the complete application and confirms that the information is accurate, the submitting person has authority, material limitations have been disclosed and the required access can be provided. Complete the required fields, link each file to the applicable evidence package and requirements, and submit through the Online Application Centre.
What happens after submission
ICEQC checks the legal identity, certification object, proposed scope, required application information and apparent completeness. The submission may be accepted for planning, returned with specified information required, refused with reasons or closed under the applicable rules.
Acceptance authorizes the application to proceed to agreement and verification planning. It does not establish that any requirement conforms, reserve a decision date or guarantee certification. The application timeframe begins only under the start condition published on the Fees and Timeframes page.
