- Full legal name, registration jurisdiction and responsible contact.
- Type of education organization, service, system, product or claim proposed for certification.
- Locations, digital environments, delivery modes, learner groups and jurisdictions proposed for inclusion.
- Material partners, franchisees, contractors or technology providers involved in delivery.
- Operating history and the kinds of current evidence available for assessment.
- Any target date and the external reason for that date, stated as planning information only.
What happens after submission
ICEQC reviews the initial information for identity, eligibility, scheme fit and scope clarity. It may request clarification, advise that more operating evidence is needed, decline a subject outside the available schemes, or prepare a written certification proposal.
Submitting information does not create applicant status, reserve a decision date or authorize use of the ICEQC name or mark. Certification activity begins only under the applicable accepted agreement and controlled application record.
