Who We Are

ICEQC is an independent, nonprofit and nongovernmental organization concerned with education quality standards and voluntary third-party certification.

International education quality professionals in discussion

Purpose

The International Council for Education Quality Certification develops published requirements for defined education quality subjects and administers certification against those requirements. Its work is intended to support clear expectations, consistent evidence assessment and publicly verifiable certification records.

ICEQC operates independently of applicants and certified organizations. Certification is contractual and voluntary. Each determination is limited to the certification object, scope, locations or digital environments, delivery modes, exclusions and document editions stated in the public record.
