Application timeframe
Standard application
The 120-working-day period starts on the next working day after ICEQC confirms that the application is complete and the applicable initial certification fee has been received.
Application requiring one remediation round
The 180-working-day period keeps the original 120-working-day start date and includes one remediation round, updated evidence, verification and revised review. The target includes applicant responses made within the deadline stated in the Portal. If the response remains incomplete after that deadline, the clock pauses only for the additional days.
Certificate validity
The 36-month period is the certificate validity period after certification, not the application processing time. A target date does not guarantee certification.
Check before submission
Do not upload blank templates, expired documents, documents that describe only future plans, or generic policies unrelated to the applicant. If no complaint, incident or recall has occurred, submit a current process test, exercise or controlled review record. Do not invent a case.
