International application
ICEQC requirements are designed for use across education systems, organization types and delivery modes. A common core is combined with the certification scheme, applicable sector modules and a scope profile that records material jurisdictional and operational conditions.
International application does not create legal equivalence between jurisdictions. The applicant remains responsible for identifying and maintaining every licence, authorization, safeguarding duty, consumer obligation, data rule and professional requirement that applies to its activities.
Forms of engagement
Public consultation
Structured input on proposed standards, revisions and guidance through published consultation questions and closing dates.
Technical participation
Subject-matter contribution to defined drafting or review work under competence and conflict controls.
Education community dialogue
Evidence-led engagement with learners, providers, specialists and other affected parties.
Institutional cooperation
Cooperation may support information exchange or technical work but does not transfer certification authority or imply reciprocal recognition.
