Accessibility

ICEQC maintains public information and essential certification routes that are clear, perceivable, operable and usable across common devices and access needs.

Website and document access

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms and document controls.
  • Visible focus, structured headings, descriptive links and text alternatives for informative images.
  • Responsive layouts for mobile, tablet and desktop viewing.
  • Readable HTML together with plain-text and structured formats for public controlled documents.
  • Reduced-motion support and print-friendly controlled document views.

Request assistance

If a public page, document or certification route cannot be used because of an access barrier, contact ICEQC with the URL or document reference, the barrier encountered, the device or assistive technology where relevant, and the format or assistance requested.

Assessment accessibility

An applicant or participant may identify an accessibility need affecting interviews, demonstrations, records or portal use. ICEQC will consider a reasonable method that preserves the same requirement, evidence sufficiency and decision integrity.
