Website language

English is the authoritative source for ICEQC public website content. Approved French, Spanish, Simplified Chinese and Arabic translations are provided on the corresponding language pages.

Each controlled document record states its authoritative language. A website translation does not change that record.

Controlled translations

  • A translation identifies its source document and edition.
  • The document record states whether it is authoritative or informative.
  • Corrections and revisions follow the source edition.
  • The authoritative language governs if meanings differ.

Language during verification

ICEQC confirms whether evidence and interviews can be verified in the required languages. Translation and interpretation must be accurate and confidential.
