Requirement · Mandatory

Remote evidence sufficiency

ICEQC shall accept remote evidence only when authenticity, completeness, representativeness and reliability are sufficient for the requirement and scope being assessed.

Applicability

Every remotely assessed requirement.

Evidence expectation

Evidence plan, source authentication, sampling rationale and reviewer record.

Requirement · Mandatory

Escalation when evidence is insufficient

Where documents and online review cannot establish conformity, ICEQC shall obtain additional live witnessing, system demonstration, independent laboratory or inspection evidence, narrow the scope, defer the decision or decline certification. ICEQC shall not infer conformity from missing evidence.

Applicability

All R-A, R-B and R-C assessments.

Evidence expectation

Escalation decision, revised scope and supplementary evidence.
