Each applicable requirement shall be recorded only as C — Conforming or NC — Nonconforming. N/A — Not Applicable may be used only with an objective written rationale approved during independent review.

Every assessed clause within the certification scope.

Evidence expectation

Finding record with evidence and any approved N/A rationale.

Closure before certification

Every nonconformity shall be satisfactorily corrected and independently verified closed before a Certified or Maintained decision is issued.

Applicability

All certification and maintenance decisions.

Evidence expectation

Root-cause response, correction, preventive action, closure evidence and verifier approval.
