Purpose

2.1 This document establishes object-specific education quality requirements within a controlled ICEQC certification scope.

Certification boundary

3.1 Certification is voluntary, applies only to the stated scope and does not confer governmental authority, a licence, institutional recognition, academic equivalency, a ranking or approval of education content.

Conformity determination

4.1 Each applicable requirement shall be determined only as C or NC. NA requires confirmed objective non-applicability. Certification is prohibited while any applicable requirement is NC or any nonconformity remains open.

Remote assessment

5.1 Assessment is conducted remotely through controlled documents, data, interviews, demonstrations, independent sampling and suitable specialist evidence. ICEQC does not conduct routine on-site assessment.
