Superseded
A newer controlled edition has replaced the document for current application, subject to any stated transition arrangements.
Withdrawn
The document is no longer available as a current certification basis from the withdrawal date stated in its record.
Transition
A defined period or condition governs movement from one edition to another where ICEQC has authorized a transition.
Using an earlier edition
The Public Certificate Register identifies the standard and edition applicable to a certificate. An earlier edition may remain relevant to a historical decision or an authorized transition, but it must not be represented as the current edition without checking the document record.
Accessing records
Use the Standards Register and the All versions view for the relevant document number. Stable document identifiers and edition records are retained even when the current status changes.
