Report a suspected false, altered, out-of-scope or outdated ICEQC certificate, mark or certification claim.

Review of evidence concerning a certification claim

Matters to report

  • A certificate number that does not correspond to the Public Certificate Register.
  • Alteration of the legal holder, scope, edition, status, issue date or expiry date.
  • Use of a certificate or mark by an entity, site, programme, product or partner outside the registered scope.
  • Continued current-status claims after suspension, withdrawal, expiry, termination or scope reduction.
  • A claim that ICEQC certification is government authorization, licensing, academic accreditation, degree recognition, a ranking or an award.

Subject

Name of the organization or person making the claim and any stated certificate number.

Location

Public URL, platform, document, physical location or other place where the claim appeared.

Evidence

Screenshot, copy or description showing the complete claim and the date observed.

Your contact details if you wish ICEQC to request clarification or acknowledge the report.

Review of a report

ICEQC records the report, checks the public record and available evidence, and determines the appropriate follow-up. Submission does not establish misuse by itself. Confidentiality, fairness and any required status or enforcement process remain applicable.
