Finding an inactive record
Search the complete certificate number or legal organization name. An inactive record may remain publicly accessible to preserve traceability and to prevent reliance on an earlier certificate image or claim.
Effect on claims
- Suspended certification must not be described as active during the suspension period.
- A reduced scope must not be represented using the earlier broader scope.
- Withdrawn, expired or terminated certification must not be described in the present tense.
- Historical statements must identify the relevant period and must not imply current status.
- Marks and certificate reproductions must be removed or qualified as required by the applicable status action.
Report continued use
If an organization continues to claim current ICEQC certification contrary to the register, submit the certificate number, claim location, date observed and a copy or link through Report Suspected Misuse.
