Public register notices

Recent Status Changes

Authorized certificate status changes are reflected in the individual public record. This page explains how to check and rely on those changes.

Review of current education information

Current source

The individual register record is the authoritative source for a certificate's current status. A change may affect the full certificate or only part of its scope. Search the certificate number and read the complete record before relying on a separate notice or communication.

Changes that may be recorded

  • Initial issue or renewal.
  • Scope extension or reduction.
  • Suspension or restoration.
  • Withdrawal, termination or expiry.
  • Correction of public identity or scope particulars following an authorized record action.

No separate status list

ICEQC does not treat a manually maintained news list as a substitute for the live certificate record. Where a material public notice is required, it is connected with the affected record so that the status, scope and effective information are read together.
